I made a payment but my account is still on free. What do I do?▼
Email support@zestexam.com with your Razorpay Payment ID. We'll verify and activate your plan within 4 business hours.
How do I request a refund?▼
See our Refund Policy. In short: email within 24 hours of purchase with your Order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?▼
Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen. A reset link will be emailed to you. Check spam if you don't see it within 5 minutes.
Can I use ZestExam on my phone?▼
Yes — ZestExam is fully mobile-optimised. Open zestexam.com in your phone's browser. No app download required.

How do I report a wrong question or explanation?▼
Use the "Report" button on any question, or email support@zestexam.com with the question text and subject. We review all reports.
Most issues are resolved by logging out and logging back in, or clearing your browser cache. For payment issues, always include your Razorpay Order ID (visible in the email you received from Razorpay at purchase).
