1. General Policy

All ZestExam subscriptions are digital services that provide immediate access to online content (questions, mock tests, AI explanations, and analytics). Because the service is delivered digitally and consumed immediately upon purchase, we maintain a strictly limited refund window as described below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met: ✓ Your refund request is raised within 24 hours of the original payment ✓ You have accessed less than 10% of the subscription content (e.g., attempted fewer than 1 full mock test or practised fewer than 20 questions) ✓ You provide a valid reason for the refund request ✓ The request is made from the registered email address linked to your account Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases: ✗ Request is raised more than 24 hours after purchase ✗ Substantial content has been accessed or mock tests have been completed ✗ The plan has been used to gain competitive advantage in actual examinations ✗ Refund is requested for a renewal (if applicable) ✗ Account was suspended for violation of our Terms & Conditions

3. Technical Failure Refund

If ZestExam experiences a platform-side technical failure that prevents you from accessing the service for a continuous period of 48 hours or more during your active subscription, you may be eligible for: • A proportional extension of your subscription period, OR • A full or partial refund depending on the duration of the outage relative to your plan This applies only to failures on our end and not to issues with your internet connection, device, or browser.

4. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request: 1. Email support@zestexam.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]" 2. Include: • Registered email address • Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID (found in your purchase confirmation email) • Reason for the refund request We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and respond with a decision within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method: • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days • UPI: 1–3 business days • Net Banking: 3–5 business days Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and are beyond our control once initiated by us. Razorpay's standard refund processing applies.

6. Cancellation

ZestExam subscriptions are one-time payments and do not auto-renew by default. There is no recurring charge to cancel. If you have enabled auto-renewal (if applicable in future), you may cancel it at any time from your account settings under My Profile → Subscription. Cancellation stops future charges but does not affect the current active subscription period.

7. Plan Transfers & Upgrades

We do not support plan transfers between accounts. If you wish to upgrade from one plan to another, the remaining value of your current plan may be applied as a credit at our discretion. Contact support@zestexam.com for upgrade assistance.

8. Contact for Refund Disputes

If you believe your refund request has been incorrectly denied, please write to: Email: support@zestexam.com Subject: "Refund Dispute — [Your Razorpay Order ID]" We take all disputes seriously and aim to resolve them fairly within 7 business days.

Digital educational content is non-returnable once consumed. We strongly recommend using our free tier and attempting a free mock test before purchasing a subscription to ensure ZestExam meets your preparation needs.
