Please read these terms carefully before using ZestExam.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZestExam (accessible at zestexam.com), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
ZestExam is an online examination preparation platform that provides: • Topic-wise Previous Year Questions (PYQs) for government competitive examinations • Full-length and sectional mock tests (SSC, Railways, Banking, Defence, Teaching) • AI-powered explanations and performance analytics • Personalised study plans ("Battle Plan") generated from your mock performance • Free and paid subscription tiers The platform is intended solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access most features. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately at support@zestexam.com if you suspect unauthorised access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
ZestExam offers the following subscription plans: • Z-Rise — ₹299 for 30 days • Z-Pro — ₹699 for 90 days • Z-Ultra — ₹999 for 180 days • Z-Infinity — ₹1,499 for 365 days All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly enable auto-renewal. 5. Intellectual Property
All content on ZestExam — including but not limited to question banks, explanations, mock test sets, study plans, design elements, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of ZestExam or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without our prior written consent. Previous Year Questions are sourced from publicly available government examination papers. Where applicable, credit is attributed to the respective examination bodies (SSC, RRB, IBPS, etc.).
6. Permitted Use
You agree to use ZestExam only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download content • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access the platform • Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ZestExam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee: • That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times • That mock test scores or AI recommendations will result in success in actual examinations • That question content will always be perfectly accurate or up to date We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but examination patterns and syllabi may change. Always verify with official examination authority notifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZestExam and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
ZestExam uses the following third-party services: • Razorpay — payment processing • Firebase — authentication infrastructure • Resend — transactional email Your use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
